Welcome to the family. Co404 is a co-living/co-working lifestyle that has settled into the beautiful country of Mexico. Our space is focused on creating a space for digital nomads to focus on work while being able to experience this magical town they call Oaxaca. Our little community is breaking the norms and working and living abroad while experiencing all Oaxaca has to offer. Here we hope you find a home away from home. The space has 11 private rooms with ensuite bathrooms, 5 private rooms with shared bathrooms ( 2 showers and 2 bathrooms) and a 8 bed ensuite dorm (2 showers and bathrooms). The location has a coworking space with a variety of working desks (high, low, bench sitting) for all types of workings. The real selling point is our 9 phone booths to take those zoom calls ensuring a quiet place to focus on work. Our rooms we're thoughtfully design for the needs of long term stays. Hanging closets, shelfs and plenty of room to put all your stuff. Each room is set up with a desk if you prefer to work in your room for a little more privacy. Lights and plug ins on both sides of the beds, so don't worry about having 100% battery for your phones and other electronic us DNs have. Our kitchen has 12 burners and all the necessary cooking ware you would need to make your breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will have your own chubby hole for all those dry foods along with basket in 1 of our 3 fridges for your foods that need to stay cold. Last but not least!!!!!!!! Our community, we have 4-5 community events each week arranged by our lovely volunteers. They range from outdoorsy things, cultural events, family dinners to a simple game night for those lazy Sundays. Come stay and join the family.
